i juss ran a lil today becuz i was sore. i want to start pushing as hard as i can can go on the workouts now becuz i didnt think that i did well yesterday and i want to improve and be as good as i can be and i gotta start working very hard on the workouts. 19:17 was my second fastest time but i slowed down by 16 seconds and i want to PR the next race and im very dissapointed in myself but we will have alot more races and i plan on doing my very best on each one. |
