so since today i had to go get my braces tightened i couldnt go to practice. i told bill what i should do and of course it was a speed workout!!! and it wasnt that bad actually it was a big mental workout becuz this workout sounds really hard and automaticaly you dont want to do it but i got up and went to do the speed workout. it was lil bit physical and alot mentaly and i overpowered through that and i feel great but throughout the workout was feeling a bit sluggish but overall i felt great and i am ready for regions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
