today i juss ran for 20 mins but my hip and ankle have given me some serious pain it might feel good for a while until i get deeper into the workout and its been getting worst, today i was at usatf track meet and did horribly on my events in my 100m when i was at the blocks and when i started my leg juss collapsed, i stumbled a lil and had a big gap between me and the competitors and worked hard to catch up but it juss got worst my hip juss started to hurt after that i dont know if i shud stop or not........... in all three of my events i did a lil bit better but that whole day for me was horrible and dont ever want a day like that....... |
